Bitna

Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-08-23

These terms govern your use of Bitna, a service operated by Notique. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Bitna is a weekly coaching service for short-form beauty creators. It provides:

  • The weekly brief — what to film this week (Pick), hooks and a script (Say), how and when to post it to Reels, Shorts and TikTok (Post), and one thing to fix on your channel (Grow), delivered on the web and by email.
  • Channel diagnosis — a read of the recent public posts on the handle you supply at sign-up, summarising your posting patterns and what to change.
  • Radar — a view of trend signals derived from public short-form videos. It is currently open to the operator and invited testers only.

Bitna is under active development. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn without notice, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

2. Accounts

  • Signing up requires a working email address and a public creator handle that you operate.
  • You sign in with Google or with a magic link sent to your email. Do not share sign-in links or account access with others.
  • You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
  • Inaccurate account details degrade the brief. Please keep your handle, niche and market up to date.
  • Accounts may not be shared between people or resold.

3. Pricing

Billing is currently switched off and every feature is free. No card is required.

The plan we advertise is ₩19,900 / $19 per month. Before we start charging anyone we will announce it by email and on this page. We will not retroactively charge for use of features that were free at the time.

Once paid plans are enabled, payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. Polar is your contracting party for payment, invoicing, tax and refunds, and it — not Bitna — holds your payment details. You can cancel at any time; cancelling leaves access in place until the end of the period you already paid for, after which it does not renew.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • scrape the service with automated tools, or bulk-extract brief and signal data in order to redistribute or resell it;
  • flood the service or its APIs with requests, or work around rate limits;
  • impersonate another person or handle, or attempt to access an account that is not yours;
  • exploit vulnerabilities or try to reach areas you are not authorised for, such as the operations console;
  • resell briefs produced by Bitna as if they were the output of another service;
  • use the service for anything unlawful or infringing.

We may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if any of the above is confirmed.

5. What the brief is — and what it is not

Briefs, diagnoses and Radar signals are advice built from statistics over public data and sentences written by a language model. They are not a guarantee of views, follower growth, revenue or brand deals. What you publish, and what happens when you publish it, remains your decision and your responsibility.

A brief may include warnings about advertising disclosure or overstated claims. Those are informational, not legal advice; complying with disclosure rules and with cosmetics or medical-claim regulations is the responsibility of whoever publishes the post.

Model-generated text can be wrong. Verify product names, ingredients and figures before you publish.

6. Third-party data

Bitna collects metadata about publicly posted videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts through a data provider (TikHub) and turns it into aggregate signals. Bitna is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of those platforms, and their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Cover images, captions and creator handles shown in the product remain the property of whoever posted them. We reproduce them with attribution and a link to the original, solely to explain a trend.

To request removal of specific content or creator data as its owner or rights holder, write to sean@notique.co. We will delete it and exclude it from future collection.

7. Intellectual property

  • Brief and diagnosis copy written for you is yours to use in your own content, with no attribution required.
  • The service itself — software, interface design, trademarks, the aggregate signals and how they are computed — remains the property of Notique.
  • What you put into the service (handles, feedback) remains yours; we use it only as needed to run and improve the service.

8. Changes and interruptions

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service. If we shut the service down entirely, we will notify you by email beforehand and give you a chance to export or delete the data you still have with us.

Brief delivery, data collection and sign-in depend on third-party providers (hosting, database, email, data supply). Delays or outages caused by them are outside our control.

9. Termination

You may leave at any time. Email sean@notique.co or use the in-app feedback widget and we will delete your account and the data attached to it; the scope and exceptions are described in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, and will state the reason by email when we do.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any brief or signal.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost revenue, lost opportunity or lost data. Where the service is paid for, our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the “Last updated” date on this page. Changes that are unfavourable to you are announced by email at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for pricing changes); if you do not terminate within that window, the change is treated as accepted.

12. Governing law

These terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will try to resolve any dispute through the contact below first; failing that, the competent Korean court under the Civil Procedure Act has jurisdiction. Consumers may also bring a claim in the courts of their own place of residence.
